Home staging allows you to "set the scene" by doing interior arrangement in each room in your home.  We
are essentially making a presentation to the buyer so that they can mentally "move in".
Some of the key elements of home staging are neutralizing decor, re-arranging furniture to create more
space, organizing and cleaning.
Selling tip:
A buyer must be able to immediately picture living in the home before they ever buy it!  
When selling a home, studies have shown that a new listing will receive the most traffic in the first two weeks on the
market.  Why not make it the "best it can be" versus just waiting to see what happens.

Staging Statistics:
In 2004, Home Gain surveyed approximately 2,000 real estate agents in 46 states nationwide.  In the San Antonio area,
76% of agents agree that there is a positive impact on staging a home as a pre-sale activity. By investing on average of
$212-1,089, sellers have received a $2,275-$2,841 price increase on their homes. That equals to 169% return on their
